OE-A live onsite: productronica and CES

Two live highlights for the PE community in a row: the world’s leading trade fair for electronics development and production, productronica, took place last November in Munich and in January OE-A was part of CES, Consumer Electronics Show, in Las Vegas.

OE-A at productronica
The productronica show took place from November 16 – 19, 2021, as a live event in Munich. And OE-A was part of it with an exhibition booth and with two days of inspiring OE-A seminars at the Innovation Forum.

“It was great to be onsite again and meet the PE community at productronica. Talking to friends from the OE-A community and meeting new ones at the joint booth of VDMA and OE-A was a great pleasure. And the seminar programm with 17 expert speakers was well received”, summons Dr. Klaus Hecker, Managing Director of OE-A.

Various renown speakers from OE-A member companies and institutes presented latest products and developments in the printed electronics sector. Sustainability issues, smart functional surfaces and latest development of conductive inks were discussed, just to name a few hot topics of the seminar.

Visitors ware attracted from printed electronics prototypes and projects displayed at the OE-A booth, which were part of the latest OE-A Competition.

CES – New adventures

In January OE-A represented the printed electronics industry at CES – one of the world’s largest trade shows for consumer technology in Las Vegas, USA. OE-A exhibited at its own joint pavilion at CES 2022 with the goal to introduce more end-users to the OE-A network as well as to share the advantages of the integration of printed electronics in consumer products.

OE-A was in great company:  11 OE-A member companies also exhibiting, were part of the OE-A pavilion. Even in this difficult period of the ongoing pandemic, OE-A and accompanying exhibitors were satisfied with the number of visitors and the quality of the contacts made. OE-A will be taking part at CES 2023 and will organize a joint pavillion for its members
