Dr. Chloé Bois – Vice Chair North America

General Manager at the Printability and Graphic Communications Institute (ICI), and NSERC Industrial Research Chair for Colleges in Functional Printed Applications Manufacturing at Collège Ahuntsic, Montreal, QC, Canada.

With her multidisciplinary team, Chloé tackles industrialization applied research challenges on ink formulation, printability, R2R printed processes, printed and hybrid electronics problematics. For the last five years, Chloé has hold grants as principal researcher for the equivalent of CAD 6.5 million, mostly to develop applications manufactured by R2R printed processes including functional materials inks, energy storages and smart packaging.
She is one of the leaders of the Green Electronics Network, a Strategic Partnership Grants holds by Prof. Leclerc regrouping 14 universities and 21 industrial partners across Canada to train HQP in sustainable Printed electronics.

Chloé holds a PhD in Process Engineering (2012, Fuel Cell Active Layers Manufacturing by Roll-to-Roll Printing Processes, CNRS-LGP2, Grenoble, France), and two Master Degrees in Materials Science (2009, Grenoble-INP Phelma, France) and Graphic Communications Engineering (2009, Grenoble-INP Pagora, France). Chloé also completed her scientific background in Innovation, Marketing and Communication from IAE (2014, Valence, France), and in Management and Administration (2016 and 2017, HEC Montreal, Canada). She was the recipient of a postdoctoral JSPS fellowship in Organic Electronics Printing (2012, University of Tokyo, Japan).
