“Printed Electronics” in Japan
The Japanese market situation for electronic components showed a significant recovery from July to September after a short dip due to Corona. The increased domestic automotive production, the strong demand for smartphones, PCs and tablets, and the development of 5G infrastructure are drivers. Demand for flexible displays for use in the automotive industry is also driving market growth. Inkwood Research estimates that the Japanese flexible electronics market will grow strongly at a compound annual growth rate of 9.1% during the forecast period 2021-2026.
