Functional and interactive properties in automotive components through IMD technique in overmolding processes
The Interactive HMI by CENTI consists of a car central console focused on creating parts with surfaces of great fluidity and the interaction between the innovative control part, which integrates the key functional features of demo, and the car radio. The innovative control part has integrated the electronics components to activate the radio functions (on/off, audio volume control, map access, among others) exhibits aesthetical features, as piano black (deep black and high gloss effect) and night design effect (seamless integration of interactive and lighting systems). To increase the sensorial experience of user, the demo also includes decorative LED lighting.
