Free OE-A Student Workshop: Print your ion sensor, February 24, Munich

Are you a stundet interested in printed electronics and sensor technology? Then don’t miss this free hands-on workshop for students on February 24th, 2026, hosted by the OE-A Working Group Education at the Munich University of Applied Sciences – just one day before LOPEC 2026 kicks off!

In this intensive, one-day training, participants will:

  • Screen print their own ion sensors,
  • Analyze sensor performance, and
  • Compare results with standard sensors

You’ll gain practical experience using both laboratory and industrial equipment under the guidance of renowned experts from academia and industry. The workshop features lectures and labs led by Prof. Dr. Jan Bernards from Fontys University, NL , Prof. Dr. Ulrich Moosheimer from HM Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, Prof. Priscilla G. L. Baker from University of the Western Cape, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ekaterina Nannen from Hochschule Niederrhein University of Applied Science, and Mr. Matjaz Finzgar, Ino, SI.

Participation is free of charge, including lunch, but places are limited to 15 students on a first come, first served basis.
